In truth, issues have gotten worse in my workplace. They’re now just making an attempt to create a lot stress hoping I’ll cave and quit. I have seen them do it to others. We have now three managers in our workplace and 14 employees, not one of many 14 is completely happy, no less than 3 have made complaints to HR and there has been a mass exodus to transfer to other branches and so they proceed to disregard the problem…the manager. Why wouldn’t they want to do away with me, Im 43 with 14yrs there, they could fire me and hire a 20yr old at half the pay.
