The laborious work of devoted educators and students has helped lead Tennessee to a major milestone: the fastest-improving state on the Nation’s Report Card. To continue on the path that will result in all Tennessee students graduating highschool prepared for his or her future, Tennessee lecturers needs to be geared up and empowered to be advocates for his or her students’ success. The Tennessee Educator Fellowship brings together a diverse group of educators from throughout the state who’re keen about their profession and student-focused training policy. During a one-yr term, the Tennessee Educator Fellows study, replicate upon, and inform the insurance policies, practices, and programs that affect scholar achievement and educator effectiveness. In addition they serve as liaisons between their colleagues, their communities, policymakers, and advocates as Tennessee continues the work of bettering educational outcomes for all students.
